Aroma
A strong grain aroma at first, accompanied by the aroma of fresh lemon peel. Fresh fruity notes come to the fore together with a pronounced influence of vanilla.
Taste
A warming and partly oily mouthfeel brings dominant grain notes at the beginning. This is followed by a delicate sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar and freshly melted caramel. Citrus notes with tart apple can be felt in the background.
Finish
Medium-long. A combination of sweetness from malt and caramel. True balance on the finish with a delicate character. Dry oak notes appear at the very end.

A premium whisky made exclusively from malted barley, which forms the basis of its distinctive and rich character, and crafted through the unique process of 7-column distillation. Production takes place entirely under one roof – from grain to glass – ensuring an authentic and precisely controlled profile. It is matured for a minimum of 6 years, during which its malt character develops into fullness, natural sweetness and a complex taste structure. Each edition comes from one carefully selected American white oak cask, without blending whisky from other casks, preserving the authentic character of its unique maturation.
When preparing a new edition, several mature casks are tasted and the one that best follows the character of the previous edition is selected. During maturation in oak casks, the malt character harmoniously combines with notes of vanilla, honey and delicate wood, creating an elegant and balanced taste profile.
In 2024, Nestville Whisky Single Malt Single Cask 45% received a Gold Award with a score of 95.5 in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible, as well as a Gold Award for design at The Spirits Business Masters – Design & Packaging Masters Competition. A year later, it also received a Gold Medal for taste at The Spirits Business World Whisky Masters and a Silver Medal at the International Spirits Competition.
