The Farmer – Traditions and Customs

The penultimate weekend of the summer holidays, 22. – On 23 August 2026, the largest farming event in the Spiš region, entitled ‘Farmer – Traditions and Customs!’, will take place at Nestville Park in the village of Hniezdne in Eastern Slovakia!

Cieľom organizátorov je predstaviť verejnosti výsledky práce našich poľnohospodárov, chovateľov, farmárov, spracovateľov i drobných remeselníkov a touto cestou im vzdať hold za ich ťažkú prácu, ktorú vykonávajú denno-denne bez ohľadu na počasie, piatok či sviatok, alebo deň či noc.

As is traditional you can look forward to the Nestville Rodeo Show, which will be properly wild, as the riders won’t be showing off their skills just on horses!
