CELEBRATION OF SPRING

The first Sunday in May at Nestville Park will be dedicated to folklore and traditional culture! The 12th annual Celebration of Spring will celebrate folk art, music, dance and singing, all of which are an integral part of our traditions.

The traditional Maypole raising will once again be part of the programme, along with competing teams showcasing their culinary skills and competing for the title of “Bearer of Traditions”, with a financial prize for their municipality.

Visitors can look forward to traditional markets, folklore performances, a varied programme for children and themed zones, including Nestville Distillery and Fruxi Fresh – Kids’ Zone.
